Laura Senatore is Partner of ICT Legal Consulting and fellow of the Istituto Italiano Privacy (IIP). She’s specialized in Data Protection Law as well as Technology Law and she is “Privacy Officer and Privacy Consultant” with TÜV certificate no. CDP_395.
Laura Senatore provides legal advice to national and multinational companies concerning Data Protection Law as well as Information, Communication & Technology Law and participates to European research projects (Horizon 2020) on Privacy and Cybersecurity. Together with a team of lawyers and IT & Cybersecurity experts she also provides services of Data Protection Officer in outsourcing for national and multinational companies.
After graduating cum laude at the University of Salerno with a thesis on the evolution of privacy and on the economic value of personal data in the digital era, in 2015 she did an internship at the Italian Data Protection Authority in Rome ( the “Garante per la protezione dei dati personali”). She joined ICT Legal Consulting in 2017, after working in legal firms specialized in data protection law and in civil and banking law.
Lawyer admitted at the Salerno Bar (Italy), she is fluent in Italian, English and French.
