Antonio Landi
Antonio Landi is Partner of ICT Legal Consulting and Fellow Researcher of the “Istituto Italiano per la Privacy e la Valorizzazione dei Dati” (IIP). He is specialized in privacy & data protection, IP, TMT, contract law and sports law.
He provides legal advice to Italian and multinational companies concerning Data Protection Law as well as Information, Communication & Technology Law. Moreover, together with a team of ICT Legal Consulting professionals composed both of lawyers and information technology and cybersecurity experts, he provides Data Protection Officer services outsourced to Italian and multinational clients.
He participates as fellow researcher in some European research projects (Horizon 2020) on Privacy and Cybersecurity.
In 2013 he graduated in law at University of Catania. He worked as trainee at Cantamessa law firm specialized in sports law and media rights. From 2014 to 2016 he worked at DP Legal law firm with focus on media rights, intellectual property and contract law. In 2015 he obtained the license to practice law in Italy. In 2018 he obtained the LLM. in “Law of Internet Technology”, Master of Law dedicated to the law of new technologies, international digital environments and internet technology. From 2017 to September 2019 he worked as lawyer with Deloitte Legal providing advice on privacy and data protection matters to Italian and multinational companies.
On October 2019 he joined the ICT Legal Consulting team.
Member of the Milan Bar, he is fluent in Italian and English and has a good knowledge of French.
