Qualified lawyer specialized in ICT law, privacy and data protection, commercial and ICT contract law.
He provides consultancy to multinational companies in privacy and data protection. In particular, he deals with data protection compliance, carrying out risk assessments and gap analysis aimed at the adoption of Data Protection Compliance Frameworks and related activities; provides legal opinions relating to the exploitation of databases (e.g. marketing, profiling, etc.); conducts data protection impact assessments pursuant to Article 35 of the GDPR; reviews B2B contracts.
He carries out consultancy and training activities to Italian companies on administrative liability of legal entities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, dealing in particular with risk assessments and gap analysis for the drafting and updating of Organization, Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as legal opinions on corporate criminal law.
After graduating in Law, he successfully completed a Master’s degree in New Technology Law and Legal Informatics at the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.
He is a qualified lawyer admitted to the Bologna Bar Association since 2008.
